Produced every other year, the Mission Investors Exchange National Conference is one of the most anticipated events for impact investors in philanthropy. The National Conference offers an action-focused, collaborative, and personal space to renew and build partnerships, experience on-the-ground impact investments, share investment opportunities, meet leading voices in the field, and shape the future of the impact investing movement.

 

All MIE member organizations are encouraged to participate. However, true to our conference’s roots as a peer-driven, collaborative experience led by and for foundations, programming will be designed to advance the impact investing practices of our core foundation members.

 

Our conference will include four key themes, reflecting discussions at the forefront of impact investing and the unique role played by foundations and their partners.

How can impact investors continue to focus on climate change and environmental justice while fostering even more resilient and sustainable communities?

After decades of industry growth, what are the leading strategies for investing more mission-aligned capital and unlocking the entire endowment for good?

Leveraging Capital & Partnerships
How can foundations and philanthropic asset owners design partnerships with aligned institutions and better leverage public and private capital?
