i3 Launches Its First Fund

Intermountain Impact Investments (i3), a nonprofit fund management firm based in Washington State, has announced a multi-phase debt fund focused on supporting communities in the rural West with populations of 50,000 or fewer. The special purpose fund is for accredited investors and will have a target annual return of 3.1 percent. The fund’s impact focus is on helping nonprofits to repair and replace their worn out physical assets.
