Strong, Prosperous And Resilient Communities Challenge (SPARCC) brings a diverse assembly of partners—foundations, government and place-based nonprofits—to deploy a mix of impact capital for urban renewal and revitalizing low-income communities. This collaborative of funders includes the Ford Foundation, John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, Kresge Foundation, Robert Wood John Foundation and The California Endowment.
