In their co-written essay, Don Chen, President, and Shuaib Siddiqui, Director, Impact Investing, lay out Surdna Foundation's commitment to furthering racial justice by making a connection between inclusive economic participation and civic engagement. The essay then dives into their work alleviating barriers and increasing access to capital for entrepreneurs of color, who are essential participants in an inclusive economy.
