Community Capital Management 2016 Annual Report

A leader in fixed income impact investing, Community Capital Management has released its Annual Impact Report for 2016. CCM has over $2 billion in assets and invests in sub-sectors of the bond market that offer stable income, high-credit quality, low volatility and competitive returns. CCM creates custom bond portfolios for customers based on geography or impact theme. In 2016, their investments created 30,000 affordable housing units, $44 million in economic development and $39 million in job creation. In addition, last year was the first time they invested in a corporate bond when Starbucks issued a bond with clear environmental and social benefits.
