Navigating Impact Tool: A Guide for Gender Lens Investing

The Navigating Impact project is an initative by the Global Impact Investment Network (GIIN) which aims to help investors select impact strategies and adopt metrics that indicate performance toward their goals. This tool provides investment themes through which to explore possible impact approaches, allowing the investor to either take a deep dive into one investment theme (e.g. Gender Lens Investing), or to look at the probable outcomes within multiple investment themes and assemble a combination of strategies that complement their portfolio goals.

 

Each strategy includes an overview of the strategy, an evidence map, a core set of metrics that are shown to indicate progress toward that strategy’s objectives, and curated resources that can help measure and manage toward the strategy.
